This essence is the same as that of Healing the Higher Heart, but without the essence of Gold. Spirit of the Higher Heart enables a gentle fusion of the energy of the higher heart chakra with the spiritual chamber of the heart. Its effect is subtler than that of Healing the Higher Heart and is a useful adjunct to Temple of the Light to help expand the consciousness of the heart chakra to a state of unconditional love.
